Thanks. My wife loves her Apple Watch SE. The Apple Watch integrates with the iPhone much like the Galaxy Watch 8 does with the Samsung S25 phone. It does basic health and activity tracking without all the AI and coaching features of the newer Galaxy Watch 8. Hope that helps. J. Dawg

Samsung has always had impressive technology. I have been using Apple for 16 years so it’s kinda hard to change. I wear an Apple Watch since the Series 3 to monitor mostly my heart and it has come in handy since my surgery this past June. I also can use the data while I ride my bike or do my walking. I might have to take a look at your equipment, I like what I read.
