Bill,
I sort of regret not taking the tour. I didn’t have a time constraint. With my colitis, 3 hrs away from a bathroom gives me some anxiety.

We all found it interesting; amazing to see the RV components swinging in the air overhead as they are directed to the right RV. Amazingly, they were building a variety of them on the assembly lines; large and small ones. We also enjoyed visiting the Surf. Mason City, near by, has a Frank Lloyd Wright designed hotel and the Meredith Wilson museum. All worth a visit, but the factory tour was my favorite. But I know how one has to budget time and travel when on the road. As always, enjoyed your post.

Last month we were following you through Wyoming, using your great posts as ideas that fell on our own route. Now we’re ahead of you, we enjoyed Effigy Mounds National Monument after leaving Sioux Falls.
