Jack,
Thanks. I'm doing most of my video with a Go Pro knock off action camera. Its a Thieye T5e. Just as good as the latest Go Pro Hero 5 and less than half the price. I have it mounted on a Fieyu Tech hand held gimbal stabilizer. Its a 3 axis motorized global that keeps the camera level and stable and gives a smooth motion when I pan. Look up my Tech Stuff page and it has more info. Many YouTubers use stabilizers to make smooth video.

J. Dawg,

Really enjoy your posts about your travels…your knowledge of the history of the areas you visit is impressive.

I’m watching your video taken at the Hollenberg ranch and am taken with the smoothness of movement as you pan and walk. Do you have a special mount for your phone/camera that helps with that?

Anyway, keep posting!
