A key activity in my 2014 winter rehab has been studying the sunsets.  Its a worthwhile activity that forces you to slow down and observe one of natures daily rhythms.  Here at Siesta Key, on the gulf coast of Florida, the sunsets can be pretty spectacular.  At our campground, there is a nightly gathering of snowbirds on the beach to watch the sunset. Its a slow and enjoyable activity.  Most days they have been spectacular.
